INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp oil
300g pork belly, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Gango Flavoured Usavi sachet
200g Boerewors, cut into bite-size pieces
300g kidney, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp salt
300g Ox liver, cut into bite-size pieces
1 medium onion, finely chopped
½ tsp Curry Powder
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 large tomatoes, grated
¾ bundle veggies, chopped
METHOD
In a large pan, heat oil and brown the pork belly. Add TOP CLASS Gango Flavoured Usavi Mix and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.Â
Add boerewors and brown. Stir in kidney and salt, cook for 5 minutes.Â
Add the liver, cook for 5 more minutes.Â
Add onion and Curry Powder, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato and cook until soft for 3 – 5 minutes.Â
Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.Â
Season to taste and serve.

This hearty mix is best served with hot sadza to soak up all the rich flavours.
