INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
4 cups vegetable stock, divided
½ cup peanut butter
2 cups canned diced tomatoes, with juices
1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Chicken Flavoured Usavi sachet
¼ tsp crushed Chilli flakes, or more to taste
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped sweet potato
1 cup peeled and chopped carrot
1 cup peeled and chopped turnip
1 cup chopped okra
1 cup chopped cooked chicken, or to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook onion until soft.Â
Stir in ½ cup stock and peanut butter until smooth. Add the rest of the stock, tomatoes (with liquid), TOP CLASS Chicken Flavoured Usavi Mix and chilli flakes.Â
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add cabbage, sweet potato, carrot, and turnip. Simmer for another 30 minutes.Â
Add okra and chicken, and cook until okra is tender, about 30 minutes more.

Serve your soup with thick slices of fresh bread or rolls.
