INGREDIENTS
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Pork ribs, cut into serving-size portions
2 Tbsp TOP CLASS Barbeque Spice
½ cup Barbeque sauce
METHOD
In a jug, stir together the water, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Rub the ribs all over with TOP CLASS Barbeque Spice and place them in a roasting pan. Pour the liquid mixture over the ribs.
Bake uncovered at 160°C for 2½ hours. Halfway through, cover the ribs with foil so they stay moist.
Halfway through, cover the ribs with foil so they don’t dry out.
Brush the ribs with barbeque sauce. For the last 30 minutes, brush again, cover with foil, and cook until the ribs are sticky and tender.

For extra soft and juicy ribs, marinate them in garlic, herbs, and a splash of vinegar for at least 1 hour before cooking. After cooking, let the ribs rest for 10 minutes so the juices settle - this makes them easier to cut.
