Veggie Butternut Curry Bowl

SERVES: 6 People

COOKING TIME: 45 Minutes


  • 500g butternut, cubed

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 Tbsp oil

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp TOP CLASS Medium Flavoured Curry Powder

  • 1 Tbsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 3 tsp chicken noodle packet soup (made into a paste)

  • 250ml fresh cream

  • TOP CLASS Original or Savoury Flavoured Spice Mix, to season

  • Fresh coriander to garnish


  1. Boil the butternut, drain and set aside.

  2. Fry the chopped onions in oil.

  3. Add the red and green peppers, TOP Class Medium Flavoured Curry Powder, Ginger and Garlic Paste and continue to fry for another minute.

  4. Add the Chicken Noodle packet soup and stir into the mixture.

  5. Reduce the heat and add the pre-boiled butternut and stir well.

  6. Once combined, mix in the cream and a dash of TOP CLASS Original or Savoury Flavoued Spice Mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.


Sprinkle some chopped coriander on your finished dish for a fresh flava!
