Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

SERVES: 8 - 12 People

COOKING TIME: 40 Minutes


  • 3 large sweet potatoes

  • 2 Tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tsp TOP CLASS Chilli Flavoured Spice Mix


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes before slicing into wedges.

  3. Toss the wedges in a bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and TOP CLASS Chilli Flavoured Spice Mix.

  4. Place on a baking sheet, skin side down.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.


Add some chilli flakes for an extra kick!
