Savoury Rice

SERVES: 6 People

COOKING TIME: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 150g cooked rice

  • 500ml boiling water

  • 50g peas

  • TOP CLASS Savoury Flavoured Spice Mix, for seasoning.

METHOD:

  1. Fry the onion in oil until soft.

  2. Add the mushrooms and red pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes.

  3. Add in the cooked rice.

  4. Add in the peas and curry powder to the rice mixture.

  5. Serve the rice in a bowl, sprinkle the chopped tomato and TOP CLASS Savoury Flavoured Spice Mix on top of the dish.
