INGREDIENTS
1 onion, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp oil
150g cooked rice
500ml boiling water
50g peas
TOP CLASS Savoury Flavoured Spice Mix, for seasoning.
METHOD:
Fry the onion in oil until soft.
Add the mushrooms and red pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add in the cooked rice.
Add in the peas and curry powder to the rice mixture.
Serve the rice in a bowl, sprinkle the chopped tomato and TOP CLASS Savoury Flavoured Spice Mix on top of the dish.
Garnish with fresh dhania and a sprinkle of TOP CLASS Original Spice Mix!
