The Hunga Busta Cheese Burger
INGREDIENTS
1 slice of white bread soaked in ¼ cup (60ml) milk
1 onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Steak & Chops Flavoured Spice Bowl
500g mince
2 Tbsp (30ml) oil for frying
TO SERVE
6 hamburger buns
Lettuce
Fried bacon
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Slices of cheese
Onion, sliced
METHOD
Mix the soaked bread, onion, 1 Tbsp of TOP CLASS Steak & Chops Flavoured Spice Bowl and mince together.Â
Shape into patties and place in the fridge to firm.Â
Heat the oil and fry the patties for 4 - 5 minutes on each side until cooked.Â
Make up the hamburgers by placing lettuce and tomato on each bun, top with a burger patty and slice of cheese with bacon.Â
To make a sauce for your hamburger, just mix some mayonnaise and tomato sauce together and enjoy!
