Veggie Cottage Pies

SERVES: 6 People

COOKING TIME: 1 Hour 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp oil

  • 3 onions, chopped

  • 1kg TOP CLASS Beef & Onion Flavoured Soya Mince

  • 1 cup water, for cooking

  • 1L water for boiling potatoes

  • 2 x 410g tin chopped tomatoes

  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 1⁄2 cup milk

  • 1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Bowl

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onions until lightly browned.

  3. Add in the TOP CLASS Beef & Onion Flavoured Soya Mince, water, tinned tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Stir thoroughly and cook for 10 minutes and add more water if necessary.

  4. Pour the mince mixture into individual ramekins.

  5. Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash potatoes with milk and spice with TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Bowl spice until light and fluffy.

  6. Spread the mashed potatoes over the mince mixture.

  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
