INGREDIENTS
200g TOP CLASS Chakalaka Flavoured Soya Mince
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup mixed vegetables (fresh/frozen)
300g minced meat
1 tsp salt
1L water for Soya Mince (4 cups)
500g spaghetti pasta
METHOD
Soak TOP CLASS Chakalaka Flavoured Soya Mince in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the onion & green peppers in oil.
Add in the chopped tomatoes and keep stirring.
Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes.
Add in the mixed vegetable and fry for 3 minutes.
Drain and pour the Soya mixture into the minced meat and veggie mixture.
As the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring now and then.
Make the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Top your finished bowl of Spaghetti with grated cheese and let it melt!
