INGREDIENTS
1kg cubed beef
1⁄4 cup oil
3 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
8 potatoes, peeled and chopped
100g TOP CLASS Chilli Beef Flavoured Soya Mince
1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
1 cup frozen peas
1 x 410g tin baked beans in tomato sauce
2 sheets of puff pastry
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Fry the beef until tender and remove from the hot pan and set aside.
Using the same pan, brown the chopped onion.
Place the tender beef back into the pan and add tomatoes, potatoes, TOP CLASS Chilli Beef Flavoured Soya Mince and boiling water.
Add frozen vegetables and baked beans. Simmer and cover the pan until the vegetables are cooked.
Spoon the mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with store bought ready made puff pastry.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Add chopped brown mushrooms and 1/2 a cup of red wine for a hearty flava.
