INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp oil
1kg stewing beef
2 Tbsp TOP CLASS Medium Curry Powder
2 onions, cut into large chunks
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 sticks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp mixed herbs
2 cups water
1 x 410g tin broad beans
¼ cup TOP CLASS Tomato & Onion Flavoured Soya Mince
METHOD
In a large pot, heat and fry meat until well browned, remove and set aside.
Fry the onions and add TOP CLASS Medium Curry Powder, peppers and celery and fry for further 2 minutes.
Return meat, add tomatoes, mixed herbs and water, and simmer until the meat is tender.
Add in the TOP CLASS Tomato & Onion Flavoured Soya Mince, cook for 5 minutes.
Add beans and cook for further 10 minutes (stir after 5 minutes and simmer for the last 5 minutes).
Serve with pap or rice.

Instead of using broad beans you can swap these out for baked bean or any other bean you prefer.
