1,5kg chicken wings
2 eggs, lightly beaten
200g TOP CLASS Coatings Original Flavoured
1 Tbsp (15ml) oil
Boil the chicken pieces in water for 6 – 8 minutes. Pat dry.
Lightly beat your eggs before dipping the chicken pieces into the egg mixture.
Generously sprinkle the TOP CLASS Coating over the chicken pieces.
Fry each chicken wing in hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
Add a dollop of TOP CLASS Mango Atchar for a taste explosion.
