COOKING TIME: 40 Minutes
4 Tbsp (60ml) oil
3 onions, chopped
1kg TOP CLASS Soya Mince Beef & Onion Flavoured
2,5 litres of water
2 x 410g tin chopped tomatoes
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
6 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1⁄2 cup (125ml) milk
1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Spice Bowl Original Flavoured
Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onion until lightly browned.
Add the TOP CLASS Soya Mince, water, tomatoes and the mixed vegetables together. Stir thoroughly and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into individual ramekins.
Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash potatoes with the milk and 1 Tbsp of TOP CLASS Spice Bowl spice, until light and fluffy.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the mince mixture.
Bake in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top each dish with crushed fresh garlic and grated cheese. Grill for 1 minute.
