COOKING TIME: 10 Minutes
1 slice white bread soaked in 1⁄4 cup (60ml) milk
1 onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Spice Bowl Steak & Chops Flavoured
2 Tbsp (30ml) oil for frying
6 hamburger rolls
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
slices of your favourite cheese
Mix the soaked bread, onion, 1 Tbsp of TOP CLASS Spice Bowl and mince together.
Shape into patties and place in the fridge to firm.
Heat the oil and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked.
Make up the hamburgers by placing lettuce and tomato on each roll, top with a burger patty and a slice of cheese with bacon.
For max flava, add a dollop of TOP CLASS Mango Atchar to each burger.
