The Hunga Busta Cheese Burger

Ingredients.png
  • 1 slice white bread soaked in 1⁄4 cup (60ml) milk

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Spice Bowl Steak & Chops Flavoured

  • 500g mince

  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) oil for frying


TO SERVE

  • 6 hamburger rolls

  • lettuce

  • fried bacon

  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • slices of your favourite cheese

Method.png

Mix the soaked bread, onion, 1 Tbsp of TOP CLASS Spice Bowl and mince together.

Shape into patties and place in the fridge to firm.

Heat the oil and fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked.

Make up the hamburgers by placing lettuce and tomato on each roll, top with a burger patty and a slice of cheese with bacon.
