COOKING TIME: 40 Minutes
2kg chicken pieces
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp ginger, crushed
2 Tbsp TOP CLASS Curry Powder Mild & Spicy
1 Tbsp sugar
fresh dhania, chopped
2 cups (500ml) maas
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a dish.
Combine the garlic, ginger, TOP CLASS Curry Powder, sugar, dhania and maas.
Pour over the chicken and allow to marinate for 2 hours or longer.
Braai over hot coals, turning frequently until chicken is cooked through
Serve with pap flavoured with TOP CLASS Original Spice Mix.
