Top Class Spice Mix Competition

Terms and Conditions:

1. The name of this competition is the TOP CLASS SPICE MIX.

2. The competition will run from the 21 September 2022 to 6 November 2022. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. This competition is open to Namibian citizens residing within Namibia.

4. No employees, directors, agents nor merchandisers and their immediate family members directly connected to nor, in the employment of IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising nor promotion agencies and staff members of its participating outlets, may take part in the competition.

5. Participants may enter as many times as they like, provided they use a different unique till slip for each entry.

6. Only 1 entry per till slip will be processed. Multiple entries from the same cellphone number are allowed, provided each entry uses a different till slip. A cellphone number will only be allowed to win a grocery voucher prize once for the competition duration.

7. Invalid and duplicated till slips will not be accepted as an entry.

8. To enter the competition, entrants must purchase any TOP CLASS SPICE MIX product. Entrants must then WhatsApp +27 87 240 7130 to start the conversation. Please have your till slip handy as you will be asked to upload a clear photo. Data Rates Apply.

9. The prizes are as follows: 30 x N$400 In-Store Vouchers.

10. Handover of the In-Store Voucher prizes:
    The IMANA Area Agent will hand over the In-Store Vouchers to the winners at the participating Namibian stores where the winner purchased their TOP CLASS SPICE MIX product from.

11. The judge's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

12. In-Store Vouchers are to the value of N$400 each.

13. In-Store Voucher prize winners will have 72 hours to submit their identification documents to claim their prize. If the winner does not comply within the stipulated time, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the same rules apply.

14. Handover of In-Store Voucher prizes will be arranged when the winners are phoned and the address and time for the hand over is confirmed. Draws will take place weekly as follows:
    3 October – 5 Winners will be drawn.
    17 October – 10 Winners will be drawn.
    31 October – 10 Winners will be drawn.
    7 November – 5 Winners will be drawn. 

15. In-Store Voucher prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd or their agents do not accept responsibility nor liability for any loss nor damage to goods nor personal injury suffered as a result of participating or winning any prize and will also not be responsible nor liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying for or enjoying the prize            won in this competition.

16. Winners consent to IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd using their names for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd permission to contact them about this promotion and/or future promotions. Consumers shall retain the right to withdraw this consent at any stage should they not wish to participate in any marketing nor promotional activities.

17. The competition closes on 6 November 2022 at 24h00.
