1. Promoter

This competition is run by Imana Foods (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”)

​

2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to persons aged 18 years or older residing in South Africa.

• Employees of Imana Foods, participating stores, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Participants may not nominate themselves.

 

3. Competition Period

• The Competition will run from 10 September 2026 - 30 September 2026 at 23:59 SAST.

• Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, participants must:

• Follow the TOP CLASS social media page.

• Like the official competition post.

• Tag your braai master.

• Tell us why they deserve to win.

By entering, participants confirm that their nomination message is their own original submission and that the nominated person is known to them.

 

5. Prizes

• One selected nominee will receive a TOP CLASS product hamper and braai tool giftset.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

 

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• One selected nominee will be determined through a random draw from all eligible entries.

• The selected nominee will be announced on 9 October 2026 via the TOP CLASS Instagram and Facebook pages.

• The person who submitted the selected nomination and/or the nominee must respond within 5 days of being contacted to claim the prize.

• If no response is received within this period, the Promoter may select another eligible nominee.

• The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and South African residency before awarding the prize.

7. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering, participants consent to their names, social media handles, nomination messages and entries being used for competition-related marketing purposes.

• The selected nominee may be asked for permission before her name or image is published.

• The Promoter will not be liable for technical issues, incomplete or late entries, or an inability to access the competition.

• Personal information will be used only to administer the competition and deliver the prize, unless additional consent is provided.

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, where required.

• By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.​
