• The name of this competition is the TOP CLASS Heat Up the Beat Competition.

• The competition will run from the 23 July 2025 - 5 October 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

• This competition is open to Namibian citizens residing within the Republic of Namibia.

• No employees, directors, agents nor merchandisers of IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising nor promotion agencies and staff members of its participating outlets, may take part in the competition.

• Participants may enter as many times as they like, provided they use a different unique till slip for each entry.

• Only 1 entry per unique till slip will be processed. Multiple entries from the same cellphone number are allowed, provided each entry uses a different till slip. A cell phone number will only be allowed to win a JBL Headphone or JBL Speaker once for the competition duration.

• Invalid and duplicated till slips will not be accepted as an entry.

• The till slip submitted as proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase of the Imana product mentioned below within the official competition period, as specified in the competition details. Any till slips reflecting purchases made outside this period will be disqualified.

• To enter the competition, entrants must purchase any TOP CLASS Soya Mince, Soup, Curry and/or Spice Mix product/s. Entrants must then WhatsApp the word “Beat” to +264 81 144 7093 to enter. Please have your till slip handy as you will be asked to upload a clear photo. Data Rates Apply.

  Handover of the prizes:
  The SGX Distributors Namibia Area Agent will hand over the JBL Headphones or Speaker to the winners at the participating stores where the winner purchased their TOP CLASS product from.

• The judge's decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize winners will have 72 hours to submit their identification documents to claim their prize. If the winner does not comply within the stipulated time, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the same rules apply.

• Handover of the prizes will be arranged when the winners are phoned and the address and time for the handover is confirmed.

• The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd or their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to goods nor personal injury suffered as a result of participating or winning any prize and will also not be responsible nor liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying for or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

• Winners consent to IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd using their names and pictures for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd permission to contact them about this promotion and/or future promotions. Consumers shall retain the right to withdraw this consent at any stage should they not wish to participate in any marketing nor promotional activities.

• The competition closes on 5 October 2025 at 24h00.
