• The name of this competition is the TOP CLASS Grill & Sizzle Competition.

• The competition will run from the 28 April 2025 - 8 June 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

• This competition is open to South African citizens residing within the Republic of South Africa.

• No employees, directors, agents nor merchandisers of IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising nor promotion agencies and staff members of its participating outlets, may take part in the competition.

• Each participant may enter the competition to a maximum of ten (10) times for the full duration of the competition. Entries exceeding this limit will not be eligible for the prizes and may be removed without notice.

• Only clear, original till slips showing a valid qualifying purchase, the name of the store where the purchase was made and the date of purchase (which must be within the promotional period), will be accepted. If the same till slip is received from more than one cellphone number, all those entries may be disqualified. We may ask for your original till slip to verify your entry if you win. Imana Foods SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all till slips and may request the original for inspection.

• Invalid and duplicated till slips will not be accepted as an entry.

• IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

- Submitting multiple entries using different cellphone numbers
- Manipulating or altering proof of purchase
- Using automated systems or bots to enter
- Enter using multiple SIM cards or fake numbers
- Colluding with others to increase chances of winning
- Try to manipulate the system or break the rules in any way

Such actions may result in all associated entries being declared invalid and any prizes being forfeited.

• To enter the competition, entrants must purchase any TOP CLASS Spice Mix or any TOP CLASS Curry Powder or any TOP CLASS Spice Bowl product. Entrants must then WhatsApp the word “Hello” to +27 71 766 1794 to enter. Please have your till slip handy as you will be asked to upload a clear photo. Data Rates Apply.

5 May 2025 – 5 x Weber Braai’s, 10 x Camping chairs

26 May 2025 – 5 x Weber Braai’s, 10 x Camping chairs

• Stand to win your share of R120 000 in airtime as follows: 

From 28 April until 20 May a total of 6 000 lucky winners will each receive R10 (ten Rand) airtime in a random lucky draw.

The remaining R60 000 in airtime will be awarded only after verification of original till slips, as per the Terms and Conditions.  

The prize breakdown is as follows:
26 May – 20 winners of R500 airtime and 50 winners of R200 airtime each 
2 June – 20 winners of R500 airtime and 50 winners of R200 airtime each
9 June – 20 winners of R500 airtime and 50 winners of R200 airtime each.

Only valid, original till slips will be accepted for verification. Entries found to be fraudulent will be disqualified.

• Handover of the prizes:
  The IMANA Area Agent will hand over the Weber Braai and Camping chair prizes to the winners at the participating stores where the winner purchased their TOP CLASS product from.

• All prizes winners are subject to verification.

• The promoter may request proof of identity, original proof of purchase, and any other information deemed necessary. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Prize winners will have 72 hours to submit their identification documents to claim their prize. If the winner does not comply within the stipulated time, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the same rules apply.

• Handover of prizes will be arranged when the winners are phoned and the address and time for the handover is confirmed.

• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd or their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to goods nor personal injury suffered as a result of participating or winning any prize and will also not be responsible nor liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying for or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

• Winners consent to IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd using their names for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd permission to contact them about this promotion and/or future promotions. Consumers shall retain the right to withdraw this consent at any stage should they not wish to participate in any marketing nor promotional activities.

• IMANA Foods SA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend the rules, terms, or mechanics of the promotion at any time without prior notice, in order to ensure fairness and integrity.

• The judge's decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

• The competition closes on 8 June 2025 at 24h00.
