• 1,5kg chicken wings
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 200g TOP CLASS Original Coatings
• oil for frying
• 1 cup (250ml) water
• TOP CLASS Mango Atchar
Boil the chicken wings in water for 6 – 8 minutes.
Pat the chicken dry.
Place the wings in the beaten egg batter and then roll them in TOP CLASS Original Coatings.
Fry each chicken wing in hot oil until golden brown and crispy!
