3 Tbsp oil
1kg stewing beef
2 onions, cut into large chunks
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cups water
1 tin broad beans
2 Tbsp TOP CLASS Medium Flavoured Curry Powder
1/4 Cup TOP CLASS Tomato & Onion Flavoured Soya Mince
Fry meat in oil until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, fry onions and garlic until glossy and add TOP CLASS Medium Flavoured Curry Powder.
Add peppers and fry for further 2 minutes.
Return the meat and add tomatoes and water.
Simmer until the meat is tender and then add the TOP CLASS Tomato & Onion Flavoured Soya Mince.
Add beans and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Add a dollop of sour cream topped with grated cheese and jalapeños.
