INGREDIENTS
500 g hake strips
Top Class Chicken Coating Sweet Chilli Flavour
Water, for dipping
Oil, for shallow frying or air frying
Tartar sauce, to serve
METHOD
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C or heat a frying pan with oil for shallow frying.
Lightly dip the hake strips in water, letting any excess drip off.
Coat the fish strips evenly in Top Class Sweet Chilli Flavour Coating.
Air fry for 10 -12 minutes, or shallow fry until golden and crispy, turning once for even cooking.
Remove and drain on a paper towel. Serve immediately with tartar sauce.

Serve with a crisp green salad or fries for a classic meal - perfect for a quick lunch or dinner treat.
