INGREDIENTS
1 medium Cauliflower, cut into florets
Top Class Chicken Coating Sticky BBQ Flavour
Water, for dipping
Cooking spray or Oil
Sweet chilli sauce, to drizzle
METHOD
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Lightly dip the cauliflower florets in water, then shake off excess.
Toss the florets in the Top Class Sticky BBQ Flavour Coating until evenly coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the florets in a single layer.
Air fry for 12 – 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
Remove from the air fryer and drizzle lightly with sweet chilli sauce before serving.

Serve with yoghurt for extra flava and crunch.
