INGREDIENTS
500 g Chicken wings
Top Class Chicken Coating Southern Fried Flavour
½ cup Milk or Buttermilk, for dipping
Oil, for deep-frying
METHOD
Heat oil in a deep pan (enough to submerge the chicken).
Dip the chicken pieces in milk or buttermilk, letting the excess drip off.
Toss the chicken in Top Class Southern Fried Flavour Coating, coating evenly.
Deep-fry for 10 - 12 minutes, or until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
Remove and drain on a paper towel. Serve immediately.

Serve with a crisp green salad or fries for a classic meal - perfect for a quick lunch.
