400g button Mushrooms, cleaned
Top Class Chicken Coating Flaming Chilli Flavour
Water, for dipping
Oil, for shallow frying
Garlic dip, to serve
METHOD
Heat a frying pan with enough oil for shallow frying over medium heat.
Lightly dip the mushrooms in water, then shake off any excess.
Toss the mushrooms in Top Class Flaming Chilli Flavour Coating, coating generously for the best crunch and texture.
Shallow fry the mushrooms for 5 - 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
